Meet our Staff
Kate Arnold - Executive Director
Kate has been serving in Youth for Christ Ministy accumatively for over 7 years. She has a real passion to see young people have the opportunity to make an informed decision to be followers of Jesus Christ and further become a part of the church. Kate and her husband, Mike, were called to Alaska in 2004 and since then Kate has faithfully served in YFC ministry, at ChangePoint Church, and on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Soup Kitchen.
Reagan Manolas - Campus Life Coordinator

Reagan started volunteering with YFC Mirror Lake Middle School Campus Life her senior year of high school with TJ Manolas. While at college getting her teaching degree she was a volunteer for four years as a youth worker at Birchwood Community Church. In 2006 Reagan was on the team that restarted Campus Life at Mirror Lake Middle School and has continued her passion to reach students on the school campus with the Gospel message while connecting them with local churches. She has been married to TJ for six years this March and has a one yr old son, Theodore.
Heather Dodge - Juvenile Justice Ministry Coordinator

Heather started as the Juvenile Justice Ministry coordinator for YFCAK on September 1, 2010 and has more than 8 years of youth ministry experience. Heather has a heart for at-risk youth and enjoys partnering with local churches, para church organizations and other non-profits to help make a difference in their lives. Heather and Rich have been married for over 16 years and have two children, Harry and Alyssa.
